Saturday Cooking Classes

SATURDAY COOKING WITH CHEF REMY AT 12 NOON TO 2:30 PM

CI $ 35 per person + 15% grats, including a glass of wine with tasting notes, cooking tips and recipes. Max 10 ppl per class. Watch and Learn as Chef Remy demonstrates a easy-to-prepare three course meal right in-front of you in our Studio kitchen. 

         THERE WILL BE NO COOKING CLASSES FROM AUGUST 6TH. TO SEPTEMBER 23RD

AS CHEF REMY WILL BE ON VACATION.

REGULAR CLASSES WILL RESUME FROM SETEMBER 24TH. 2010

Main Course: Grilled Lamb Chops with Sautéed herb Potato and Jus

Dessert: Drunken Wild Berries with warm Chocolate Sauce
